I went last year.
I thought the economy had taken a toll on the show. Still a good show; but, attendence seemed to be low. Internet area was really lame by Internext standards so don't expect a lot and be pleasantly surprised by who is there.
I spent two weeks in Berlin and checked out the town. I stayed at the Citadines Aparthotel at Oliverplatz on Kurferstendam. It was nice to have a kitchen in the room.
Berlin is a great city and really worth the extra time.
