I tip 20% every time UNLESS I received unsatisfactory service...you never know the life the person/server has had. Obviously they aren't doing too well off if they have to be a damn server. This could be their only job that they qualify for, and yes they understand what they are signing up for, but at the same time, whats a server to do? other than the norm?

this is the only way they make their money, out here at least, $couple dollar per hour + tips... I think a lot of you would say different if you were once a server...anyhow my
