No one should fight with their body and mind that needs rest, very unhealthy.
If you need to rest take a nap, the world can wait a couple of hours and your health should be way more important then a couple of more joins
Had a good talk about that with a personal trainer and he says he spends wayyy more energy then most people but naps 2-3 times a day for no more then 20 minutes and sleeps 6-7 hours every night and is in the best shape of his life at 42 and never as the feeling of being to tired.
