A fresh brewed cup of Columbian jo has about 120 mg in a mere 6 oz.
So your drinking what 24 oz vs my 6. Plus all that sugar or aspartame . Take your pick: dental bills or god knows what from aspartame
Shout out to Papa Nicholas coffee out of Chicago. The best coffee for the buck in these parts. And Ive tried the best. Starbucks for example isnt even in Papa's league. But only in the midwest I think.
