I have been with them a few months so far. No major issues.
I did try and call on weekend. They were closed. I have had to contact them a time or two and response time varied. It is some good feedback for them in the future. If they want to be a serious player in adult. They need to step it up and not fall into the Verotel customer service.
As long as things are going good, you have no real issues. But we ALL occasionally have an issues with EVERY processor out there. I know I have. I've been with 6-7 over 12 years. If you think EPOCH or CCB are golden and will never have an issue, you are mistaken.
