You just based your whole post on suggesting I said that just updating was enough. I put content before updates as content is primary and I figured the people reading the post would be intelligent enough to presume that I was talking about content relevant to what the site is about and intends to rank for.

Read the above you made the same mistake as Pleasurepays.
Also I followed up with a post that mentions the importance of relevance. Which both of you seemed to overlook. Anyway we could argue about this all day but I know my methods work and I invited anyone to contact me to see the results.
Still it's not like I didn't expect them type of replies. Some people just like to be different.
