I am not sure I agree with you. You don't just want some customer support floozy to answer you phonecall, do you? You need contact with a proper, knowledgeable person. Phone may be nice but what's important is the quality of the support, not the method. .. For me anyway.
100k per month is a LOT to spend, though. You probably do deserve priority service.
