yeap, same experiences here. I chalked it up to Yahoo wants your business and is trying to get market share so they provide good customer service. Where as google has the you need me attitude and if you can't jump through their hoops they figure 100 more people will take your place... which is the type of attitude that will ensure them NOT being on the top in the not so far future.
