No shit? If you do Cleveland I will definitely be there. I'm in Saint Clairsville, about 2 and a half hours from Cleveland, and I'm there quite a bit. I saw Norton sell out three shows at the Odeon in Cleveland back in 2005, which is actually a concert hall that holds at least 1000 people, so that should give you an idea of his drawing power.
Where did you book in Cleveland, and do you have any idea who is booked yet?
