That sound exactly like what is happening with what the Attorney Gen. of NY (Spitzer) and the SEC are doing to Wall Street firms lately - exacting large settlements out of them while not admitting any wrongdoings related to the scandals involving their analysts and the allottments of hot Internet IPO's a few years ago...
