Never understood how or why the language thing became an "issue". America speaks english. Did someone not get the memo?
Saw a little league world series game with a california team. They had to use a translator for one kid because he doesnt speak english. How is this possible?
Anywho, that'll be 250 less schools being supported by property taxes, so perhaps somehow it's a good thing(?).
