As for me personally I tend to spend more on design, integration and code modifications because I have found out if you don?t work with someone that has a good reputation there is an increased chance of getting ripped off. But yeah there a lot of places where you can get tube template for $120-$150. I have done a few integrations myself, but on the more complex scripts with a lot of individual pages/templates I have found it above my pay grade.
