Trust me.. I already tried registering a domain with the word "Wicked" in it. Took 'em about 4 weeks to have their lawyers e-mail me.

Bah, actually I had thought I fully cleansed my list but that was my partner's and apparently she no longer owns it. Sorry about that.
That seems a bit reaching given the nature of the word wicked (adult stuff IS wicked, lol), but I guess if they have a TM on just that word with respect to adult media, they could do whatever they want. If they have a TM only on Wicked Pictures and submit C&Ds based on "confusingly similar" and/or bad faith usage, not sure they'd succeed with that. Lawyers can threaten C&Ds all day long - doesn't mean they have basis for it or would succeed in a UDRP to grab the domain. UDRP decisions are always so freakin random anymore though so who knows...there's decisions complainants have won that are beyond ludicrous, basically a big company bullying a smaller company out of a generic name and every now and then the UDRP panel will have idiots on it that play favorite to the big company over ruling based on the merit of the complaint.
