That first link is not a ccbill link. The first ccbill link exists within the gallery, and if it's not parsed from that gallery, then it won't track. Follow that gallery all the way through to the join from the initial gallery link, then look at the source code. It does not carry his ref. The referral should be right under <input type=hidden name='cacheDigest' value='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'>. That line isn't even there.
