Iv sold one of my sites for almost 100k and that did not include my rebills. The sale was based upon monthly income of the site without rebills. Now that you mention it, I have never heard of a sale with rebills included unless people are getting out of the biz. Like i said, not arguing but just saying. Bump for you!
