Joe Francis Beats the shit out of Brody Jenner's girl

Joe Francis is in trouble with the law again!
He was partying at LA Hotspot Guys and Dolls last night when things got a bit heated between Brody Jenner's girlfriend, Jayde Nicole and Francis.
When we say heated we don't mean they hooked up but we mean that Francis allegedly assaulted her.
The alleged incident occurred around 2:46 AM on Friday at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood.
According to Radar, Nicole apparently spilled her drink on Francis which let to him allegedly grabbing her hair, punching her and throwing her own the ground where he kicked her.
