That's the bottom line here, not who is owed what, not who was looking for banner work, sig spots or anything else.

It's quite simple. Netpond has an affiliate program, a lot of people were loyal and sent them traffic and joins. The money the affiliates made is there money and not netponds. When Aga and Meat decided to not pay affiliates and roll the dice in court with someone other then their own money they crossed the line, you seem to fail to understand this.
That is not how business works though. Anyone who doesn't have to try and make a few cents begging for banner work or offering to take their clothes of to scratch around for sig views or in fact trying to make a few cents from refering from their sig would know. You seem to fail to understand this.

Netpond as a business has probably failed. I doubt the owners wanted that. It isn't personal. Businesses go out of business every day, they do everything on a daily basis to try and save it. The owners usually dont want to rip anyone off, it happens. Netpond are not the first and wont be the last to go bust. That is business. You seem to fail to understand this.

I have no love of netpond, but I can tell you this, the gloating that I and many others have seen here by a few failed affiliate reps and the odd failed designer (trying to get work by taking her clothes off, how sad is that), reflects a lot more of those failed reps and designers than it ever did of netpond. You seem to fail to understand this.
