I will add, I've called the police many, many times to do something about this. They do not help. I've even called some local animal groups, but there are just too many wild dogs in the area to get them all. It's not like I just run around looking for dogs to kill. I would never kill one unless I had to because it was trying to harm me or others.
Regarding the brutality of cutting of their heads... they are dead. Dead is dead. I do this to show the local Thai people to keep those dogs out of my way or they will end up on their fence.
