I dont agree. If stolen content is displayed for 5 seconds or 5 weeks, they should still be responsible. For all we know they are the ones loading it themselves, then when it comes to someones attention, they take it down. I DIDNT KNOW is no excuse. It should change where if some one wants to put something on someones tube site, they should submit it to tube owners along with 2257 for approval. If its too much work for the owners, tough, work at Burger King.
