I doubt anybody will give that info up. I won't.
What I will say is that it's no different than recruiting for traditional porn. So, think about where you'd look for people if you were shooting a video and go there.
Good luck (I sincerely mean that). It's not the easiest thing in the world but it's also not the hardest ... especially during a recession.
Word of advice: Be prepared to deal with a ton of flakes.
