The intention was to filter CP sites, like they do in Scandinavia and UK, but they admitted during a hearing that 1/3 of the websites were not CP but "young adults". The australian abbywinters.com was also on their list, including many promoters websites. So basically; censorship.

Same shit happened in Scandinavia, where some fewer "young adults" but legal sites were censored. I think they revised their lists. But the process is outrageous imo, how can you label a website and the site owner like that without any proof or court?
