The ticket and calls going unanswered wasn't my concern, it was mostly the fact his sites have been down for days.
A good host... would have been ontop of that before the customer even knew what happened. But I guess you were to busy spouting off about how Gmail users are idiots and nobody would use it for a corporate account.
