the link I posted to Cali requirements, states exemption are allowed,... http://www2.sduhsd.net/tp/immunization.html but not because "parents dont want it" its only religious exemptions and that dont fly too far these days. You sid "because parents dont want it" type of exemption etc...

Those 18 states are personal belief states, no religion needed to say no to vaccines.
