Yeap, its easy, it came natural for me too!

Part of it was working 3 months (summer job) at Seaworld San Diego, prepping the meats and vegetables, then grilling the meats on a huge BBQ Grill (5x4). They always wanted two people to man the Grill to make sure none of the meats get over-cooked. I always told Management to let me handle the whole grill since I enjoyed it. After that, I pretty much started cooking at home, making all sorts of dishes.
