F-U-Jimmy Thanks for the bumps, without you, I would have not seen this.

Loch,

Sorry for the delay in answering your questions, I have not been on here in a few days.

Here are my answers to the questions you have.

1. Who made the decision to purchase "use" the ibill name?
The choice to purchase iBill was maid by me and two other people in the company. This was not a hard choice at all.

2. Why "be precise" was this done (Shock value, poor research, investor demands etc etc)
Poor research is so far from the truth. It was great research that made us take the name back. Yes there are negative stories on iBill but there was so much good that iBill did as well. I am sorry, but at this time I can’t get into details as to why and how we benefit from the name, but to this day I am not sorry we did it at all and we are where we thought we would be at this time.

3. Do you really think that by taking on the name IBill that, that will exempt you from dealing with some of the shit they left behind?

Not at all! When we started iBill, we knew that there was going to be a ton of people upset with the idea that the company that took their money was back. This was something that we have to get around and we have put out the time-line of iBill to help people understand that iBill of new has nothing to do with the iBill of old except for myself who left in 2002.

Once I did my first post online, I got tons of “where’s my money” emails and I had them forwarded to me directly so I could respond to each one of them. I had a women call me and told me just how bad it was for her with her looking her power because iBill was the only income she was getting from her sites.

iBill employed some bad people in the past who had some deep issues with the SEC and their shareholder and that is why they failed, maybe if the site they were working on to compete with eBay had taken off, it would be a different story for everyone. The bottom line is that company that purchased iBill was doing to much at once. iBill the name is a victim just like the customers. If any of you remember the old iBill, the owners were not visible at all. When there were shows, only the employees would show up to most of them, not the CEO.

This is why I want to be visible to people. I went to Miami and met with a lot of people who got to talk to me 1 on 1. I did not go to Canada but I am going to Amsterdam and will meet with people again. If anyone calls and ask for me, I will talk if I am in the office, hell I am not bigger then anyone at the office and I will answer the phone so you might get me off the bat.

I hope this helps and if you have any other questions, please drop me a email to notify me to look on the board.

Thanks

Jonas
