Every month we buy a giant pork tenderloin for about $20 and have it cut into 1" loin chops. We get about 20 chops out of it. They can be cooked many ways, best on the grill. Much better than any pork chop bone-in or boneless. Tender and juicy. Not a big pork fan, but love the loins! |
