No. GFY doesn't use the NO FOLLOW tag for the forum section. GFY doesn't pull sneaky shit like other forums--NO FOLLOW the forum section link but the forum sections' pages themselves don't have the NO FOLLOW tag. The only page no followed is the search section. Makes sense.
That said, sig links seem to (I suspect-I am not sure) carry less weight than in content/in post links. Let me know if you know otherwise.
