so whats the rule? 3 complaints? How are complaints verified? Where did my complaints come from? How do you know they are legit complaints?

Obviously I wouldnt call/email/post etc If i was trying to hide something. I have been a member for years. I dont even put a ton of $$ through epass, but as far as I know I have never had any beef with anything I have dealt with other that the person I mentioned above.
