I have found that is working for me better.
I do it every other day, and do a power hour right before I crash. Typically as I start to feel a nap coming on, I hit the treadmill and will be able to squeeze another 12 hours out of the day.
Today I am really feeling it since I have not been able to do it because of endless fucking interruptions. I can't manage 60 minutes on the treadmill. So I will have to make up for it tomorrow if not this evening.
Everyone just needs to get the fuck out of my house.
