sorry if i seem confused.
how can you have a budget to purchase 40? nowhere while signing up to this site did i see a notice saying someones signature file was worth a fixed amount.

so perhaps it would make more sense to post your monetary budget and then say you are hoping that it will cover up to 40 peoples.

i would imagine that 1 persons signature who lets say is helpful to others, posts good information, and people like reading their posts would have a very high value on their sig. actually i would think that it could be wise roi way to purchase just 1 or 2 such posters over 40 drama clowns or trolls.
