I took your advice and emailed them... here is the response...
"Thank you for your email. I understand that you are concerned about your
ad's review.
Upon reviewing your account (xxx), I fond that your ad was
reviewed and disapproved for " Gambling Certificate Required"
Please note that you have been approved to show gambling ads, however we
cannot approve your ad for one of the following reasons:
1) The URL submitted with your ad was entered incorrectly or
2) The application you submitted does not use the URL(s) approved to be
used in your gambling campaigns.
If the URL you are advertising is spelled correctly and you believe you
are authorized to run on this URL given your region-specific gambling
license, please respond to this email and request your additional URL be
placed on file.
