Hello GFY members,

I am pretty new into this and i am looking for some help getting started.The niche i want to promote is live webcams so i want to build a website that looks similar to a real webcam site like LJasmine,not the look of it,just the structure,using xml feeds.My big problem is that i know nothing about programming and stuff.I can deal with html/css but i dont think thats enough.I've seen sites like i would like but are made in PHP and since i know nothing about it,its a dead end for me.Can anyone guide me to achieve my goal?Any help would be much apreciate.Or can someone make me a quote of how much this project would cost?Thanks a lot
