Depends on the context ... If it's in a forum and can easily be contributed to a typo, then no... Or if English is a second language for someone... definitely not...
However if it's not a typo (e.g. your/you're, their/there, etc...) Then well, you've had quite a few years to master the English language so either you just don't get it after all these years or you don't care and you're lazy.
Spelling wise, every browser now a days has a built in spell check it's just lazy if you don't bother correcting what you wrote...
I guess it comes down to the fact that I lose respect for lazy people :P
