" yet you try your hardest to make a big public show of the whole thing? Proving the fact that you're creating drama for the sake of drama.
The correct way of going about this would be "Hey, I need to get in contact with the OWNER of X program immediately." and that's it. Not making a public spectacle of something the owner almost definitely did not do themselves, nor did they even notice.
