and you are the one at fault he is a slower moving van and you cut off the last lane when he clearly is trying to get over.
he makes it infront of you then you dart out into his blind spot.
if you were trying to get into that lane you should of been right behind the black car then have him roll in behind you, you are the one who delayed because the black car comes up on your first.
again you are at fault.
