although they have handled this professionally, dumb mistake or not - they should somehow proportionally compensate her for this.

considering how small the picture was (and i have no idea if content was in the members area) - and it's just me thinking outloud - but me thinks a small link to Ariel's program somewhere would be a nice gesture for a time period similar to the offending period.
