lets see now, it was born with what looks like a pussy at visual inspection. no penis and balls inside. it also would of developed tits and had normal period going if for not being so athletic. it would of had no reason to think its ass was a guy. just a sort of manly looking woman. now why would this person not train and run in the womans class?
i also would imagine that there has been no prior rules broken. it may have a tad more athletic ability than a naturally born 100% female but science would have to declare and prove that in a hermaphrodite situation.
