The remaining spots are pending receipt of payment, and thus, are otherwise sold.
But like anything else, until the payment is received, I'll continue to entertain inquires.
Incidentally, most of those sold are for the full year, but some are for 3 and 6 months. If anyone wants to reserve the next opening, just let me know.
