As many different sizes as possible for banners. Good quality banners that will grab peoples attention in 2009, not some shitty flashing CLICK HERE gif. Hosted galleries that work, are fast and are also high quality. Sponsors nowadays still have 2mb files and 15 seconds, go to 30 seconds per clip and 3-4mb, make it quality... people can download your files in seconds nowadays. Good paysites with good promo content or members area access to custom their own. If you can, its good to offer custom promo content too, people always love that. In the end just have a product you believe in and others will believe it too.
