It's no secret that Osama was a CIA asset all the way up to 9-11. It's also no secret that he was last publicly seen at an American hospital in the presence of CIA and military. Al Qaeda itself was a CIA operation. Al Qaeda means "the database" used to track the Mujahadeen.
