Every blue moon I get fooled for a few minutes.
First I watch them and their movements. Ladyboys tend to play with their hair, walk with attitude and are animated. They are usually more aggressive than females and will make eye contact with you, while the females may not. Ladboys are generally taller than females as well.
I then walk up to them and if I'm not 100% sure, I talk to them and watch them as they talk back to me. Usually, something will give them away, a flip of the hair or a manly tone on a word.
If all else fails, I ask if they have a cock. I've pissed off a few real girls asking this, but yet, sometimes you just gotta ask.
They say, in Thailand, the hottest girls are dudes. With that said, if I gotta ask if they are packin', then I'm asking!
