First... i meant that the law is the law. Depictions of simulated rape are illegal. Fucking a sleeping chick is exactly that... regardless of everyones idiotic arguments and semantics... (not yours) you can't consent during the act if you are not conscious to consent.
A Hollywood film is treated as an artistic endeavor and porn is treated as porn catering to "prurient interests"... i'm sure if hollywood was suddenly flooded with works depicting underage sex, bestiality and rape, torture and mutilation (in a sexual context) and so on, we'd most certainly see some new laws on the books.
