Not being paid has nothing to do with ratios. If payments are going to be late, there should at least be an e-mail sent out to let affiliates know. If I expect money on a certain date and don't get it, that sucks. No one should have to make a thread on GFY about late payments due to an ePassporte issue. Affiliates should be informed via e-mail and then they'll be filled in and no one will worry, there won't be any threads like this, etc.
I think the situation was mishandled and I'm sure it will be handled better in the future. Kinky Dollars remains a great webmaster program with sites that convert and they have a good reason to be late with payments when it's not really their fault the money didn't load in time.
