Mad yes, rude no. My guess was he was polite the first few times but after having no success and no money his anger levels prob went up a tad
My guess would be if the power company shut off your power , then asked you for a copy of your passport and drivers license then after sending it in TWICE you still had no power and someone in pakistan giving you the runaround , you might be a bit peeved , but hey thats just a guess.. maybe you would continue to be polite and well behaved ( then again you might still have no power
