Honestly, it doesn't have the "replay" that other games have (I've kinda fallen off the wagon with it for that reason), but for a device to stay active and track and lose weight, it's pretty good. I think my issue is that I know that the best exercise I can do is getting outside and playing tennis, not to mention Sports and Sports Resort along with other games I have can provide probably as good of exercise as Wii Fit, so Wii Fit rarely sees me anymore. One thing I'd suggest - if you do get it and you're the sedentary lifestyle type where you're generally inside working, screwing around online or watching TV, the best way to use it is probably for about 15-20 mins of activity a few times a day throughout the day...i.e. when you're done the first couple times, keep the Wii on but go back to what you were doing and a few hours later return back to the Wii to do another 15-20 mins. Provides for a good active break.
