whatever, I'm not going to sit here and argue whether or not CCBILL is doing something shady, BUT I do know from my own dealings with them in years past that my web900 payments were ALWAYS "late" and with the explanation given to me and my own dealings with the phone companies it makes PERFECT SENSE to me.
I know MANY people who put off paying their landline phone bills, as well as people who have fought and pulled the "my child ran up the bill and used 900 numbers"
In the later case the bill CAN be tied up for months while the phone companies get it sorted out.
So with that said... re-read my first post, and this one.
HOW exactly CAN it be CCBILL's fault that a 3rd party has not collected / paid them?
How are they to "Pay Attention" to another companies private matters?
How can they "pocket" money that has not been given to them?
CCBILL is NOT web900, it is just a service they offer to their clients as a collection method.
