Twisty's is a stand up company and has always been easy to deal with. Had several questions back when I started and Twistys Tim solved them all, even before I had sent a single hit, less a single sale.
Learn to do things right and I'm sure Twistys will take you on, but don't come around crying like you were heavily mistreated. They even escalated the matter for you, and how do you repay the courtesy? By slandering them back!
