story sounds like bullshit, tila may be an attention whore but you would have to be nutball crazy to accuse someone of assault in a room full of people where no assault took place. I think theres a little more to the story. Highly unlikely someone files an assault charge based on nothing more than hurt feelings ( granted women are crazy like that )

I would find it more likely someone got pushed/shoved/nudged and they blew it way out of whack and called the cops because they were drunk. That sounds alot more likely.
