You can try to defend any fantasy you want and you can use it is just a fantasy as your argument, it does not mean you will win. We are not talking about court though in this thread. We are talking about Visa compliance talk. They do not have courts nor do I think they have arbitration on what you can or can not sell using them.

You can compare dressing up a 21 year old woman as a child and sleep fantasy very easily. All though both are fantasies, an adult having sex with child is illegal and an adult having sex with someone who is not giving consent prior to the act (revocable at any time) is also illegal.

Sleep fantasy can very well be enjoyable fun and a interesting fantasy between a couple. It still does not alter the facts though. I do not agree with this but it is how it is. Though I would be pretty sure that you are also not aware that in many states having sex with someone that is drunk is also rape.

Now nobody is making up useless philosophies nor not defending things. You just CAN NOT defend yourself against Visa compliance policy changes. You want to accept their card, you must play by their rules. So I would read that statement a few times before you tell anyone to leave this industry for not fighting.

While I am at it. You should have no issue with someone posting their thoughts and views even if they do not fit into your tiny little jigsaw puzzle mind. The very same shit your saying needs to be defended is in no way different then peoples comments needing to be defended - yet you want to run them out of this business for having different views than yourself.
