I am a white southern man and I will be completely honest here, The answer is yes. Yes the majority of president Obama's opposition is rooted in racism.
I know it, my dad knows it, my mother knows it and anyone with an IQ greater than 1 knows it. The only people we know who don't know it are black people. They have given us the benefit of doubt althoug it is not deserved among some sub group's within our culture.
Watching television, one thing jumps out at me right away, these people protesting Obama solely based on his race are the uneducated, the unlucky, the unpretty, the unwanted,
the lower people
Racist often times or actually most always belong to one of these unfortunate groups of people.
I nor my family do no not. And it shames us that we are associated with these neantherthalls as a result of us sharing the same skin color. White
So yes, I will admit right here today that Carter is correct.
I have a B.A. my dad has his M.A. and my brother attends Columbia University now
We are educated, attractive and happy with ourselves and our lives. Thus we have no need to be racist.
My only wish is that while watching us from the outside, that the world realize that these people do not represent me or my family nor the majority of the white race.
Although I did vote for President Obama, he is my President and we love and respect him 100 percent.
